It was a moment of camaraderie and celebration at the Umuahia South Local Government Education Authority (LGEA) office as staff gathered to mark the birthday of one of their own, Comrade Odochi Cordelia Okorie of the Administration Department. The brief but vibrant ceremony was held within the LGEA premises and attracted staff across multiple departments.

Comrade Okorie, known among colleagues for her dedication and warmth, was visibly moved by the turnout and the heartfelt tributes. Wearing a striking red dress with black stripes, paired with a black hat and accessories of gold, the celebrant was the center of attention as staff took turns to extol her virtues and wish her continued blessings.

Among those who spoke during the event were Mrs. Rita Irobunda, Mrs. Joy Nmesirionye, Mrs. Gift Uwabunkeonye, and Mr. Emmanuel Ehiogu. Their goodwill messages highlighted Comrade Okorie’s positive attitude, and the strong sense of teamwork she promotes within the department.
