Rt. Hon. Uche Ogbuagu Advocates Life of Legacy During Condolence Visit to Nwansi Family

From TCNEWS

media executive, Rt. Hon. Uche Ogbuagu, has urged citizens to live impactful lives and leave behind enduring legacies. He made this call during a condolence visit to the Nwansi Royal Family following the memorial outing service of the late Prince Ogbonna Nwansi held at St. Andrew’s Anglican Church, Akabo, in Ikeduru Local Government Area, Imo State.

Ogbuagu, a former legislator, known for his people-oriented engagements, was warmly received by Prince Wisdom Nwansi, younger brother of the deceased, at the family’s ancestral home in Akabo. The event was marked by solemn reflections, prayers, and messages of hope for the bereaved family.

In a statement issued by his Chief Press Secretary, Ezinwa Obinna Uchenna, Ogbuagu expressed deep sympathy and reaffirmed his longstanding bond with the Nwansi family, noting that true brotherhood is shown not just in times of celebration but also in seasons of grief.

“We are called not just to live, but to live meaningfully and leave footprints of goodwill on the sands of time,” Ogbuagu said. “Prince Ogbonna lived a life worth remembering, and I stand with the family as they celebrate his legacy.”

During the memorial church service, Ogbuagu made a notable donation to St. Andrew’s Anglican Church, where the Venerable Peter Uzoma Duruaku, Archdeacon of Akabo, hailed the ex-lawmaker as a beacon of hope and service in Mbaitoli-Ikeduru Federal Constituency. The cleric commended his track record in both public service and humanitarian outreach.

Rt. Hon. Uche Ogbuagu’s visit underscores the role of public figures in strengthening social bonds through compassion, especially in moments of loss. His message about legacy and service resonates amid national calls for leadership that prioritizes people’s welfare, both in life and after.

Responding to the visit, Prince Wisdom Nwansi expressed gratitude to Ogbuagu, describing him as a “development-driven leader whose consistent empathy and presence in community affairs have not gone unnoticed.”
